After careful consideration, Brainy Bar will be taking a break from Burning Man in 2024. While we absolutely love the event, we find it necessary to step back and take a breather. Our core campmates each have other significant things going on in the default world (the world outside Black Rock City) that demand time and energy, and rather than “phoning it in” and going through the motions we would rather sit 2024 out.
Taking the year off will also give us an opportunity to do some deeper cleaning and organization, which is definitely necessary after 2023’s adventure. It also gives us more time to plan and build for our return. Stay tuned, in the coming weeks and months we hope to circle back and post about our art and adventures from both 2022 and 2023, as well as regional events.
